12 Month Limited Warranty

We are pleased to introduce this new program that is available for owner occupied residential homes with professionally installed, wall-to wall carpeting.

How it works:

When you have fabric protection applied at your next cleaning appointment you will get a Spot & Spill 12 Month Limited Warranty for FREE. The warranty covers the areas that were cleaned and protected.

What it covers:

This Limited Warranty provides FREE spot and spill removal calls or common household “food and drink” spills for 12 months from the time of cleaning.

What it doesn’t cover:

It does NOT provide free spotting calls for:

• Pet urine, feces, or vomit removal

• Dirty and/or worn “traffic lanes”

• Oil-based stains

• Water or sewer damage

Special Note: This warranty does NOT guarantee spot removal since some spills may be permanent stains. However, all professional efforts will be used to restore your carpet at no charge to you.
